'All My Colours for You' is an interdisciplinary art project by award-winning international artist, theatre director, film director, and choreographer Sagí Amir Gros. The project features a film installation that integrates dance, theater and performance, offering individuality, and cultural identity. Drawing from Sagí’s diverse background, which includes both Jewish and European-Arabic heritage, the project transcends borders, offering a deeply personal yet collective experience. It bridges the fragmented aspects of the human spirit, creating a space for unity and self-reflection. Through his innovative creative philosophy, known as "Physical Script", Sagí Amir Gros embodies the idea that creativity is a living, evolving force, constantly in motion and shaped by the body and the environment. The exhibition highlights the resilience of the individual, the strength that comes from unity, and the experience of the immigrant body, shaped by both displacement and belonging. 'All My Colours for You' is an invitation to celebrate our shared humanity, and recognize the boundless hope that drives us forward, a testament to the human spirit’s ability to adapt, unite, and thrive. ​​

Your Silence is Loud is a dance theatre creation by internationally acclaimed director and choreographer Sagí Amir Gros and the newly formed WDTanztheater. In a world marked by extremism, this production seeks empathy and belonging, portraying personal narratives through a blend of theatre, physicality and dance. It highlights the differences between cultural identities, with the authenticity of the characters fulfilling the transformative human need for connection.
Your Silence is Loud follows a deeply personal journey through the perspective of loss and draws on Sagí Amir Gros' unique 'Physical Script' philosophy, which presents authentic artistic experiences through the embodiment of stories, music and physical expression.
Your Silence is Loud amplifies collective voices of hope and creates a space to navigate the complexities of life and loss together, proving that even in the face of harsh realities, our collective voices can resonate louder than silence.

AUDITION
Theater director and choreographer Sagí Amir Gros and WDTanztheater are looking for strong dancers for the new creations "Your Silence is Loud" (premiere at TanzFaktur Cologne) and "Ewig Sommer" (premiere at Staatstheater Erlangen, Bavaria). These productions also include performances in Cologne, Hagen, Erlangen, Amsterdam and Utrecht. The creations are developed within the framework of the creative philosophy "Physical Script" developed by Sagí.
Requirements:

Very strong technique (classically trained).

Must live in Germany and have a German address.

Places available for professional contracts (minimum 3 years of proven professional experience) and also for stagiaires/young dancers.

Erlangen, Bavaria: 17 February - 12 April 2025.

Performances: April 12, April 23; May 8, May 9, May 26, May 27; June 21 & June 22; July 6 & July 7.

The audition will take place on September 28th at TanzFaktur Köln, by invitation only! The application deadline is September 24th, 2024.
